IS THIS LEGAL? I’VE HEARD THAT IT IS NOT LEGAL TO USE DRONES FOR AERIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY?
We are 100% legal. We operate under the FAA Title 14: Aeronautics and Space PART 107 - Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Regulations. This certification allows us to legally operate for commercial use. In addition we are extensively trained, licensed pilots and we also are fully insured.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Surprisingly much less than you’d expect. Our pricing for video production is simply the same as our hourly rate for standard video shoots. And pricing for HDR and Aerial Pictures is the same as for standard photography production. We also have specials for you to take advantage of. HOW LONG TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TIME FOR AERIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOS?
Typically less than 48 hours but the more time you can give us the better for us.
WHAT IF I NEED A HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURE FOR A FLYER OR WEBSITE?
No problem and no additional charge. Just let us know and we will provide it for you.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO TO THE PICTURES TO UPLOAD THEM

No, we deliver them to you sized ready in the highest possible resolution that their websites allow.
